Confirmed Service Customer
I scheduled to have an engine light looked at and the drivers side airbag recall handled. It took a full week to triage the engine light. I confirmed twice while the car was in the shop that the recall would be taken care of as well. I was told yes until I picked it up and was told the parts were not in stock. I was told I would be notified when parts arrive. To date I have not heard anything. Thankfully the engine error appears to have been resolved.
