Confirmed Sales Customer
My purchase of my 2024 GMC Acadia went well for the most part. Yamile��� Urias was amazing! She showed me 4 different trim packages of the vehicle I was interested in, she was very patient and knowledgeable. When it came time to square away financing is where we hit a snag. I filled out my credit app and was brought an estimated payment form to sign, this form was based off a random credit score and had no relevance to mine. I declined signing it and asked for a rate and estimate form based on my credit score. Yamile was happy to help and went to request that, however when she left the office the New car manager ( Jeremy Kramer) who was overseeing her started yelling and berating her telling her to ���get back in there and have her sign it!��� She came back visibly upset and said she had to ask again for me to sign the paper and pick a payment amount. Moments later he entered the office and asked me what the problem was. I explained that I wanted real numbers as I already filled out the credit app. He argued that we could go no further until I signed it. Got angry and walked out. I told Yamile the rate I believed I would be given from my bank and the length of the loan I was looking for and she wrote that down on the paper and as I was signing it, Jeremy came back in the room and slammed my credit report down on the table. Then he went out and yelled at the finance lady. I���m not sure if that is appropriate in the workplace but I was embarrassed for both the ladies and angry that they had to put up with that behavior. My numbers came back and they were about 50% less than what he tried to force me to sign. If not for Yamile I would have walked away after his stunt yelling at her. I ended up with finance Arie Friel and he was wonderful and even apologized for the behavior of the Manager. I really hope Jeremy isn���t keeping more than he should from the sales he forces his way into overseeing. When the purchase started there was a another manager overseeing it and he was on the phone so Jermey told Yamile to bring it to him now and he would be handling it. Almost all of the people I met there were awesome so I don���t want to give a negative rating!
