I was generally pleased with the service with a couple of exceptions. I had an 8:00 appointment but the car wasn't done until 2:00. Not a big deal since I dropped it off, but I thought it would be a couple of hours at the most. My much bigger complaint has to do with the factory tires rubbing against the mud guards when turning. It makes the truck feel cheap and the service guy basically told me it was my problem to deal with. That really doesn't sit well.
