We arrived at AutoNation GMC West about an hour prior to closing on a Friday evening. Our sales associate Ricardo Bautista stayed late in the evening past closing to help us find the perfect truck for our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the GMC models and helped us find the perfect truck to meet our needs. The truck had just been received at the dealer and Ricardo arranged for the detailing and service team to install running boards and get the truck ready for delivery on a Saturday. It was ready and in perfect condition and delivered on Saturday afternoon as promised. He has followed up several times in the days since we acquired the vehicle to make sure everything is going well. We will most definitely keep Auto Nation GMC West top of mind for future purchases.

800 am appt scheduled, no one at desk when I got there. Some guy sitting in office just sat there, did not ask if I needed help. My car was not taken back until 820. Was told it wouldtake an hour. Two hours later my car was finished. No communication in that entire time. First time an oil change and tire rotation took that long.

I received a recall notice regarding my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and it's 6.2 ltr engine in June of 2025. Upon receiving this notice from GMC, I immediately called AutoNation GMC West and Matt in your service department told me, my truck wasn't due yet. He said I would be contacted by GMC directly or called by AutoNation GMC West when it was time to bring my Sierra in for the recall. My wife Phyllis and I were planning a trip to Omaha, Nebraska in September 2025 in my Sierra. I called AutoNation GMC West with concern about the possible defect in my engine and after four months not being contacted by GMC or by AutoNation, I told Darin in service my concerns. I explained everything to him I stated above. He seemed concerned as well, but proceeded to tell me due to so much turnover with employees in the service department he couldn't get me in until the 20th of September 2025, after our long drive to Omaha and back. He said to continuously check my oil and listen carefully for any engine noise. That made me nervous, but fortunately the trip went well. I called the service department upon my return to confirm my recall appointment and was told it was still set up to bring my Sierra in. I brought it in and was told they only had one technician working and I would have to possibly leave my truck for the weekend because with only having one technician they probably wouldn't get it done. I agreed to leave it, my wife drove me home. Approximately three hours later I was called to come pick up my Sierra. Upon returning I was told the recall service could not be done because my truck wasn't due yet to have the recall service done. All of this I questioned Darin about, upon my conversation earlier in September before making the appointment and he assured me the recall service would and needed to be done ASAP. The inconvenience wasn't a total debauchery, I did get new wiper blades put on and my tires rotated using my GMC rewards points. At this point I do have questions, whether or not AutoNation GMC West is the best service location for my 2024 GMC Sierra Denali 1500.

They put a hole in the eyebrow tinting when trying to remove old oil change sticker As time goes by that will only get worse. I would think that the company would have a policy that the sticker is Not to be put on the tinting. Can you get this fixed?
